Our current lead time as of March 2024 is 1-3 weeks for most products.

SHIPPING, DUTY + TAX

All products are built and shipped from our manufacturing facility located on Vancouver Island, BC. in Canada. We currently only ship to addresses in the USA and Canada via Fed-Ex for US addresses and Fed-Ex or Canpar for Canadian addresses.

LOCAL PICK-UP

If you are local to us in Victoria BC, Canada, you are welcome to pick up your order in person and save on the shipping costs!

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS - Tax and total shipping costs are shown and collected at checkout. There are no duty or brokerage fees on any purchases.

US CUSTOMERS - No tax charged at checkout. Local state tax, brokerage, and duty fees if applicable may be collected by Fed-Ex before, upon or after delivery at the discretion of the courier.
