5th Gen RAV4 Full Roof rack

Our RAV4 roof racks utilize CNC cut 1/4” thick aluminum for the side rails and 15 series extrusion for the crossbars. No need to drop your headliner or drill holes to install!

• Comes complete with all stainless steel hardware
• Gutter block mounting system allows a much larger mounting footprint 
• Our 1/4” Aluminum side rails are CNC machined allowing us to chamfer all edges

• Will fit PRIME models with panoramic roof as well as standard sunroof models
• Maintains full sunroof functionality*
• Weight rating exceeds Toyota’s suggested loading for the roof
• Crossbars utilize larger 5/16" hardware compared to competitors 1/4" or 6mm
• Crossbars are hard anodized and then powdercoated.
• Base rack comes with 5 crossbars with the option to add 1 additional
• weighs 40lbs. (Each crossbar weighs 6lbs)

*Models with the panoramic sunroof can only run 5 cross bars to maintain full opening capability.
