June 2026 Update: All aluminum products being imported into the US are currently subject to a 25% tariff. This cost is included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
SHIPPING
All products are built and shipped from our manufacturing facility located on Vancouver Island, BC. in Canada.
LOCAL PICK-UP
Local pick up is always free! If you are local to us in Victoria BC, Canada, you are welcome to pick up your order in person, please send us an email or give us a call prior.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
Tax and total shipping costs are shown and collected at checkout. There are no additional fees.
Certain remote areas (predominantly YK, NWT, and NU) may be excluded from flat-rate at time of shipping.
US CUSTOMERS
Shipping cost includes all fees (shipping, brokerage, applicable taxes, & any applicable duty/tariffs).
Nothing due at time of delivery
Smaller products (spacers, ditch light brackets, rack accessories, etc.) are typically in stock and will ship out next business day.

Larger items (sliders, bumpers, skid plates, roof racks etc.) are typically built to order, and are fabricated after purchase.

Our current current estimated lead time for raw products is 2-3 weeks, and for powdercoated products is 4-5 weeks.

Timberframe systems will start shipping late May and early June.

We stand behind our products 100% if you ever have an issue with any of our products, we will work with you to make it right.
We accept returns if you have purchased the incorrect product. Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer. The product must be received in excellent condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All cancelled or partially cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administration fee if processed before the order ships. If cancelled after the order ships, return policies apply.
