Our roof racks utilize CNC cut 1/4” thick 5052 aluminum for the side rails and a custom, Canada made 3075 extrusion for the crossbars. We have developed our Gutter Block mounting system to be the strongest and most watertight mounting system on the market.

-1/8” aluminum front wind deflector, available with or without 30” lightbar cut out (based on Vivid Lumen 30” wired series)

-Option with lightbar cut out includes a pair of stainless steel universal lightbar mounting brackets

-Weight rating 600lbs static load and 300lbs dynamic load (Toyota’s roof limitations)
